Photo logging

Log a meal from a photo

Point the camera at your plate. Trakki identifies what's on it, estimates the portions and fills in calories, protein, carbs and fat.

You can also scan a barcode or add food by hand.

Every ingredient

See each ingredient before you log it

A meal is broken down into its ingredients, each with its own estimate. Change a portion or remove an item, and the totals update.

Before you save, Trakki shows what the meal does to the rest of your day.

Micronutrients

16 micronutrients, tracked every day

Alongside calories and macros, Trakki estimates fibre, sugars, saturated and trans fat, omega-3, sodium, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, folate and vitamins C, D and B12.

Each one is shown against a daily reference amount.

A conversation with Trakki's AI coach, saving a food preference

AI coach

An AI coach that knows your day

Ask about what you've eaten so far, have it log food for you, or ask it to change a meal in your plan.

It remembers the preferences you give it, like foods you don't eat or how long you have to cook.

Trakki's past weeks with weekly scores, and one week's review

Weekly review

A review of every week

Each week gets a score and a short summary of your energy, protein and food quality, so you can compare weeks and see what changed.

Weight trends and logging history are there too.
